Keystone Rugby Club

The success enjoyed by Keystone Rugby is a direct result of the emphasis and commitment to focused player development.  Keystone provides an opportunity for fun, competition-focused rugby that develops new and experienced players to compete at a high level, as well as contribute to growth in the rugby community, enabling them to grow individually and together.  Keystone encourages all players to try-out for competitive select-side or All-Star teams at the local, regional, and national levels.  This level of competition and training exposes players to various aspects of coaching and refines their individual skills.  Keystone has been represented by players at all levels of select-side play including:

• USA Rugby National Women’s XV’s Team – 4 Players, 31 Caps (A cap indicates internationally recognized competitive play.)

• USA Rugby National Women’s Under-23 XV’s Team – 14 Players

• USA Rugby National Women’s Under-20 XV’s Team – 4 Player

• Northeast Rugby Union Senior Women’s XV’s Team – 8 Players

• All-American Team – 1^st Team – 11 Players

• All-American Team – 2^nd Team – 4 Players
